Robert DeBinder, Owner

As a fourth-generation Tennessean, Robert has been working in the insurance industry for nearly 10 years and has been able to cultivate great relationships that give him great insight and knowledge into what it takes to help his clients find the right protection for the right needs. Robert loves hiking, and spending time with his family and friends when he isn't working. He also works in his community by serving local charities like mentoring for Tennessee Achieves, Scouting America, and donating to various charities across the city.

Brandi Smith, Office Manager/Agent

Brandi is a dedicated professional in the insurance industry, where she has worked since 2018. She has been happily married to her husband since 2008 and is a proud mom. In her free time, Brandi loves books, crafting projects, and spending quality moments with her family and cats.

Shianne Davis, Administrative Assistant

Shiannne is from Maryville, Tennessee where she was born and raised. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Maryville College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and listening to music. Shianne plans to further her insurance career, joining VCIG in May of 2024.
